Rabison Shumba is the Chairman of the Board. He provides advisory services to the board. He is principally an entrepreneur, corporate trainer, author and conference speaker. He has vast experience in setup and running of non-profit initiatives. He sits on the boards of Touching Lives Africa Foundation (community empowerment) and Greatness Factory Trust (youth empowerment)
Duduzile Zwane is the Founding Director of VICTOR Foundation. She is also Director at Vumilia Africa Group. She brings to the organisation vast experience in leading community initiatives that help the vulnerable. She was instrumental in mobilising donations that launched VICTOR initiatives.
Goitseone Moagi is our Non-Executive Director. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge on non-profit management and leadership having been involved in a number of community related projects as a coordinator. Goitseone also fuses he corporate experience where she is involved in skills development to enhance the VICTOR empowerment and skills development initiatives in the communities. She is herself in the youth category.
Fezisa Sotshangane is also our Non-Executive Director. She is the youngest member of the board. She is passionate about the girl child and her rise to self-sufficiency, confidence and contribution. She was instrumental in strategic planning and setup of the organisation. She also comes from the corporate environment where she is involved in Sales and Marketing Management.
